DSH compatibility and installation

Closed-loop handoff guide: owned receipts, evidence gates and feedback. Start cross-plugin work with sales_handoff_receive; an accepted receipt is not approval or completion.

Tested against DeepSeek Harness 0.1.5-rc.2, the npm latest channel checked on 2026-09-22, with Cordis 4.0.2. Node.js must satisfy ^22.19.0 || >=24.0.0. DSH peer packages are pinned to the tested version; other release channels need a fresh compatibility check.

Install into the profile you actually launch: web for dsh web, or replace it consistently with your custom profile name. Installing into default does not enable the plugin in web. Restart the running profile after an update.

A GitHub source installation uses prepare to build the entry point. If pnpm blocks it, add the exact package key printed by pnpm to that profile's pnpm-workspace.yaml under allowBuilds and repeat the installation after reviewing the source. Pin a reviewed Git commit for reproducibility. A built tarball from pnpm pack can instead be installed with dsh plugin --profile web add ./package.tgz.

The profile supplies tools and fs. Private docs/ files remain excluded from Git and package contents.

For maintainers, run pnpm install --frozen-lockfile and pnpm run verify. Verification includes type checking, lint, unit tests, build, package checks and plugin:runtime:validate: a keyless Cordis Loader test of the built plugin with real DSH services, model-visible tools, file reads, argument/output validation, cancellation and unload cleanup.

sales_artifact_review validates sales artifacts before qualification, quoting or feedback handoff; the plugin still does not write to CRM or contact customers directly.

It turns local Markdown, CSV, JSON and JSONL sales material into explainable sales readiness checks, pipeline analysis, deal qualification, offer reviews, weighted forecasts and previewable sales artifacts.

Plugin Positioning and Collaboration Navigation

dsh-sales is the monetization-execution layer in the six-plugin system. It turns a clear ICP, product value and offer rules into auditable opportunities, closes, expansions and renewals.

• Owns: Sales readiness, qualification, opportunity stages, progression plans, proposal/offer reviews, negotiation boundaries, weighted forecasts, close reviews and revenue expansion.
• Inputs: Value proof and delivery boundaries from dsh-product, packaging/pricing/discount rules from dsh-business, and target-user hypotheses from dsh-idea.
• Outputs: Qualification cards, deal progression plans, offer and risk checks, forecasts, loss reasons and renewal/expansion feedback for dsh-growth and the commercial/product teams.
• Does not own: CRM writes, prospect contact, message sending, quote submission or discount approval. It does not replace product, pricing or growth strategy.

Use sales_product_handoff_review to validate a product-sales-handoff before qualification. Missing value evidence, proof points, commercial context or a customer next action keeps the handoff at partial/blocked; it must not be treated as a forecast or a deal commitment.

Use sales_commercial_handoff_review to validate a dsh-business commercial-handoff before quoting or negotiation. A calculated effective price is not an approved floor, and any exception must return to an authorized approval process.

Safety boundary

This plugin produces analysis, scripts, checklists and handoffs. It does not change CRM records, contact prospects, send messages, submit quotes, approve discounts or make commercial commitments.
