Fixes the DSH Desktop built-in pwsh/shell silent empty-result bug by self-healing the Electron sandbox runner (injects ELECTRON_RUN_AS_NODE=1) on every boot, and provides the pwsh_direct rescue tool that spawns PowerShell directly via node:child_process (pwsh 7 preferred, Windows PowerShell 5.1 fallback), optionally gated by the dsh-powershell-check pitfall checker.

DSH's Safe, Seamless Restart: The agent can restart the host itself and continue working, but before restarting it must pass four gates (reject if a restart-loop circuit breaker trips; reject if another session is already running; reject if the profile bundle cannot be parsed; reject if there's no reliable way to bring it back up), and the original session automatically resumes after the restart. The desktop side uses `Electron app.relaunch()`, while the web/CLI side uses a detached helper.
