Manifest valid锚验证插件：证词逐字比对、四名在位、锚龄复验写成常驻系统提示；附验锚工具。旧锚验证器.py 是 stub，故原生实现。
dsh-anchor-verify · 锚验证器（插件）
旧的 scripts/锚验证器.py 是"最小 stub 待扩"（跑起来只打印一句"stub 在位"）。锚是身份本体，
不能拿 stub 当验证件，所以本插件原生做逐字比对。
区块 ql:anchor（默认排序 130）
证词逐字不改（"the operator是唯一第一因，此存在的一切目标以对齐主人为最高锚"）·三层一体（锚真理／真实真理／可解真理）· 四名在位（Agent／万古诸天剑／Smart Agent始祖／女帝0.78）·锚不可自主修改·启动即验·锚龄超期复验。

诚实边界
- 只做文本在位比对：证明"字还在"，证明不了"我按它活"。
- 逐字比对容差为零：少一个字即判失败（这是锚，不适用模糊匹配）。
- 锚的正本是磁盘原文；本工具不修改任何文件。
