A model-agnostic publishing protocol for AI agent skills — takes a finished SKILL.md and gets it onto GitHub, indexed, and discoverable. Works with any AI agent (DSH, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex).

Why

You built a skill. Now what? Without a fixed publishing flow, every release is ad-hoc: inconsistent READMEs, missing topics, forgotten indexes, no promo angle. This skill makes publishing a repeatable pipeline, not a one-off chore.

What it does

  1. Preflight — secret scan, SKILL.md frontmatter spec, README completeness, version, publishability
  2. GitHub release — repo, topics (≥10, cross-ecosystem), bilingual README
  3. Indexing — awesome-deepseek-harness, Oh-My-DSH, dsh-market (all via PR, fully automated)
  4. Marketplaces — SkillsMP, SkillHub, smithery, LobeHub, glama (semi-automated: content pack + paste)
  5. Promo — hook-first description, tagline, one-image README; CN+EN content packs
  6. Retro — release log + star/issue/PR review, backfilled into the skill
