DSH Network Settings: provides network link diagnostics and safe repairs for DeepSeek Harness on Windows / WSL / macOS.

Features

Automatically detects three runtime models: native Windows, WSL distributions, and macOS.
Shows the real network path, DNS side branches, and the first failure point of the current DSH process; for TUN/VPN virtual NICs, it automatically fills in the physical egress and the real gateway.
Identifies configuration drift: when configuration differs but the network works, it only notifies, without warning.
Supports single checks and stability checks, with DeepSeek as the default target that can be switched at any time; every layer of probing and the whole check have timeout limits, so the network won't hang unresponsive even when broken.
One-click copy of a Markdown network report suitable for Agents: fixed English section titles and report-version, TL;DR summary first, machine-readable diagnostic codes and layered probe latency.
Recommended fixes only appear when high-confidence diagnostics map to common low-risk operations (such as clearing residual proxy environment variables, disabling the system proxy, and flushing the DNS cache); admin-level and high-risk operations are only kept in the manual catalog.
Persistent changes follow: snapshot → preview → confirm → apply → re-check → rollback-able.
The UI uses DSH native components and --dsw-* tokens, with no separate theme.

Network configuration is grouped by source, each item traceable:

Windows proxy: WinINet / WinHTTP status, proxy environment variables across three scopes (including case sensitivity)
DSH process environment: runtime model, egress mode (direct / via proxy + address), measured listening process on the proxy port, process proxy variables
WSL: distribution environment variables, network mode (NAT / mirrored), /etc/wsl.conf and .wslconfig
Advanced networking: DNS cache, interface routes, hosts, system first-aid operations

All modifying operations follow snapshot → preview → confirm → apply → rollback-able.

Installation

Install from the npm registry (recommended; ships with prebuilt artifacts):

dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-network-settings

Rerun the same command to update. A newly published version may be held back by pnpm's minimumReleaseAge supply-chain policy—install an explicit version (dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-network-settings@<版本号>) or retry later.

Open Settings → Plugins → Network.

Installing from GitHub requires building on the spot (the prepare script), but pnpm blocks build scripts for git-sourced packages by default and needs to be allowed first. If installation reports ERR_PNPM_GIT_DEP_PREPARE_NOT_ALLOWED, copy the full allowBuilds key printed in the error message into %UserProfile%\.dsh\profiles\<profile>\pnpm-workspace.yaml, then rerun the install command. The key format is as follows:

The key contains the resolved commit hash, so each new version needs to be allowed again (pnpm doesn't support wildcards for git-sourced packages). The npm registry install above doesn't have this step.
