dsh plugin --profile web add github:aa2246740/dsh-watcher

The official dsh (or npx @deepseek-ai/dsh) and pnpm must be on your PATH. dsh plugin add runs pnpm inside $DSH_HOME/profiles/web and writes to the profile bundles because this plugin ships dsh.bundle.patch. Then restart this Host and refresh the page. It only writes to the profile; it will not hot-load a running process.

The repo has lib/ committed, so a git install needs no build and does not go through prepare / allowBuilds. Requires DeepSeek Harness 0.1.5-rc.2, Node ^22.19.0 or >=24.

A read-only plugin for DeepSeek Harness Web. Click the eye in a session's title bar to collapse the Session into a collapsible work path: how many steps this turn took, how many runs happened, how long it took; then expand a step to see parallel branches, tool results, or a reasoning record that's collapsed by default.

It doesn't inject messages, doesn't fabricate hidden CoT, and doesn't replace the official Trajectory.

Grouping only stacks calls that can be proven identical. Two different bash commands won't be merged. Model phases only show visible reasoning the vendor already wrote into the Session; no record means "unrecorded".

dsh plugin --profile web remove dsh-watcher

The desktop profile of DSH.app does not accept github:. Use dsh web to install into the web profile.

Build from source

This step is not needed for everyday installs. After modifying the TypeScript, use pnpm to rebuild the committed lib/:

pnpm install
pnpm test
node scripts/link-harness-dependencies.mjs /path/to/harness
pnpm build

pnpm build requires a local Harness checkout that can resolve the @deepseek-ai/dsh-* peers. Do not use this path when installing the plugin.

When Chat data for a cold session has not yet arrived, Watcher shows a waiting hint and mounts the panel once the data is ready.
